VEGFR1, ABCD Antibodies, ABCD_AX017

Our team has carried out deep research in the published scientific literature to identify papers and reports using antibodies directed against human Vascular endothelial growth factor receptor 1 and followed up by extraction and evaluation of the available data to assess its performance according to pAbmAbs rating criteria.

YCharOS is here conducting a large head-to-head study comparing 13 commercial research antibodies against human Vascular endothelial growth factor receptor 1 encoded by FLT1.

The collection of antibodies was tested using A-375 WT and VPS35 KO cells in the applications WB (WT and KO culture medium/20 µg protein) and IP (WT culture medium) according to YCharOS standard protocols (see reference).

In WB (1:40 ab dilution) ABCD_AX017 detected a double band of appr. 150 kDa in WT culture medium with no corresponding band observed in KO culture medium. No band was detected following IP (2 µg Ab used).
