Our team has carried out deep research in the published scientific literature to identify papers and reports using antibodies directed against human nuclear factor erythroid 2-related factor 2 (NRF2) and followed up by extraction and evaluation of the available data to assess its performance according to pAbmAbs rating criteria.

YCharOS is here conducting a large head-to-head study comparing 17 commercial research antibodies against human nuclear factor erythroid 2-related factor 2 (NRF2) encoded by NFE2L2.

The collection of antibodies was tested using HCT116 WT and NFE2L2 KO MG-132 treated cells in the applications WB (WT and KO cell lysates/30 µg protein) and IP (WT cell lysate) according to YCharOS standard protocols (see reference).

In WB (1:1000 ab dilution) NBP2-67465 did not detect a band specific to WT cell lysate. A band of comparable intensity to the starting material (6%) was observed in the unbound fraction (6%), however the immunoprecipitated fraction was not shown.
