Slit homolog 2 protein, Proteintech, 20217-1-AP

Our team has carried out deep research in the published scientific literature to identify papers and reports using antibodies directed against human Slit-2 and followed up by extraction and evaluation of the available data to assess its performance according to pAbmAbs rating criteria.

YCharOS is here conducting a large head-to-head study comparing 12 commercial research antibodies against human Slit-2 encoded by SLIT2

The collection of antibodies was tested using HAP1 WT and SLIT2 KO cells in the applications WB (WT and KO culture medium/40 µg protein) and IP (WT culture medium) according to YCharOS standard protocols (see reference).

In WB (1:1000 ab dilution) 20217-1-AP detected a smear of bands in both genotypes. A faint band of appr. 180 kDa was observed in WT culture medium with no corresponding band observed in KO culture medium. No band was detected following IP (2 µg ab used).
