Slit homolog 2 protein, GeneTex, GTX118220

Our team has carried out deep research in the published scientific literature to identify papers and reports using antibodies directed against human Slit-2 and followed up by extraction and evaluation of the available data to assess its performance according to pAbmAbs rating criteria.

YCharOS is here conducting a large head-to-head study comparing 12 commercial research antibodies against human Slit-2 encoded by SLIT2

The collection of antibodies was tested using HAP1 WT and SLIT2 KO cells in the applications WB (WT and KO culture medium/40 µg protein) and IP (WT culture medium) according to YCharOS standard protocols (see reference).

In WB (1:1000 ab dilution) GTX118220 detected a faint band of appr. 170 kDa in WT culture medium not observed in KO culture medium. An intense band of lower molecular weight was observed in both genotypes.

No band was detected following IP (2 µg ab used).
