Glucose-6-phosphate exchanger SLC37A4, Bio-Techne, NBP1-59877

Our team has carried out deep research in the published scientific literature to identify papers and reports using antibodies directed against human Glucose-6-phosphate exchanger SLC37A4 and followed up by extraction and evaluation of the available data to assess its performance according to pAbmAbs rating criteria.

YCharOS is here conducting a large head-to-head study comparing 8 commercial research antibodies against human Glucose-6-phosphate exchanger SLC37A4 encoded by SLC37A4.

The collection of antibodies was tested using HuH-7 WT and SLC37A4 KO cells in the applications WB (WT and KO cell lysates/100 µg protein) according to YCharOS standard protocols (see reference).

In WB (1:1000 ab dilution) NBP1-59877 detected multiple bands (>9), one band of appr. 46 kDa was more pronounced in WT cell lysate with a faint band observed in KO cell lysate.
