Our team has carried out deep research in the published scientific literature to identify papers and reports using antibodies directed against human Solute carrier family 2, facilitated glucose transporter member 6 (GLUT-6) and followed up by extraction and evaluation of the available data to assess its performance according to pAbmAbs rating criteria.

YCharOS is here conducting a large head-to-head study comparing 2 commercial research antibodies against human Solute carrier family 2, facilitated glucose transporter member 6 (GLUT-6) encoded by SLC2A6.

The collection of antibodies was tested using HCT116 and HAP1 (WT and SLC2A6 KO) cells in the application WB (WT and KO cell lysates/100 µg protein) according to YCharOS standard protocols (see reference).
In WB (1:1000 ab dilution) a band of appr. 80 kDa was observed in HAP1 WT and KO while no band was observed in HCT116.
