Syndecan-4, GeneTex, GTX87212

Our team has carried out deep research in the published scientific literature to identify papers and reports using antibodies directed against human Syndecan-4 and followed up by extraction and evaluation of the available data to assess its performance according to pAbmAbs rating criteria.

YCharOS is here conducting a large head-to-head study comparing 10 commercial research antibodies against human Syndecan-4 encoded by SDC4.

The collection of antibodies was tested using MCF7 WT and SDC4 KD cells in the applications WB (WT and KO cell lysates/50 µg protein) and IP (WT culture media) according to YCharOS standard protocols (see reference).

In WB (1:500 ab dilution) GTX87212 detected no band of interest. No band was detected following IP (2 ug Ab used).
