Human Syndecan-4 Antibody (R&D Systems, AF2918)
Detects faint bands in HepG2 cell lysate. The intensities are not affected by heparinase treatment of the cells prior to lysis. No bands were identified in liver homogenate from mice. I have used the antibody concentration recommended by the supplier, but the results might be improved with higher concentration.
