PATL2, Bioss Antibodies, bs-19898R

Our team has carried out deep research in the published scientific literature to identify papers and reports using antibodies directed against human Protein PAT1 homolog 2 and followed up by extraction and evaluation of the available data to assess its performance according to pAbmAbs rating criteria.

YCharOS is here conducting a large head-to-head study comparing 6 commercial research antibodies against human Protein PAT1 homolog 2 encoded by PATL2.

The antibody collection was evaluated using HEK293T WT (−) cells and HEK293T cells transiently transfected with a human PATL2 construct in the pcDNA3.1(+) vector (+). Applications included Western blot (WB; WT and transfected cell lysates, 40 µg protein) and immunoprecipitation (IP; HEK293T cells expressing human PATL2), following YCharOS standard protocols (see reference).

In WB ( 1 ug/ml ab used) bs-19898R detected multiple bands, none of which were specific to WT cell lysate. No band was detected following IP (2 µg ab used).
