Review of: Netrin-1, GeneTex, GTX133213 by pAbmAbs Data Mining
Our team has carried out deep research in the published scientific literature to identify papers and reports using antibodies directed against human Netrin-1 and followed up by extraction and evaluation of the available data to assess its performance according to pAbmAbs rating criteria.
YCharOS is here conducting a large head-to-head study comparing 14 commercial research antibodies against human Netrin-1 encoded by NTN1.
The collection of antibodies was tested using MCF7 WT and NTN1 KO cells in the applications WB (WT and KO cell culture medium/10 µg protein) and IP (WT culture medium) according to YCharOS standard protocols (see reference).
In WB (1:500 ab dilution) GTX133213 detected multiple bands (>5), none of which were specific to WT culture medium. No band was detected following IP (2 ug Ab used).
