Our team has carried out deep research in the published scientific literature to identify papers and reports using antibodies directed against human nuclear receptor related 1 (NURR1) protein and followed up by extraction and evaluation of the available data to assess its performance according to pAbmAbs rating criteria.

YCharOS is here conducting a large head-to-head study comparing 9 commercial research antibodies against human nuclear receptor related 1 encoded by NR4A2.

The collection of antibodies was tested using HeLa WT and NR4A2 KO cells in the applications WB (WT and KO cell lysates/60 µg protein) according to YCharOS standard protocols (see reference).

In WB (1:500 ab dilution) A22011 detected a faint band of appr. 65 kDa in both genotypes. Furthermore, an intense band of higher molecular weight was observed in both KO and WT cell lysate.
