Slo3, ABclonal, A14967

Our team has carried out deep research in the published scientific literature to identify papers and reports using antibodies directed against human Slo3 and followed up by extraction and evaluation of the available data to assess its performance according to pAbmAbs rating criteria.

YCharOS is here conducting a large head-to-head study comparing 5 commercial research antibodies against human Slo3 encoded by KCNU1.

The antibody collection was evaluated in two independent Western blot experiments using lysates from mouse testis/epididymis (WT and KCNU1 KO; 35 µg protein) and HEK293 cells (control (−) and KCNU1 overexpression (+); 40 µg protein)

In WB (1:1000 ab dilution) on testis/epididymis, A14967 detected no band. In WB (1:1000 ab dilution) on HEK 293 cell lysate, A14967 detected a smear only present in Slo3 (+).
