hnRNP A2/B1, Cell Signaling Technology, 9304

Our team has carried out deep research in the published scientific literature to identify papers and reports using antibodies directed against human Heterogeneous nuclear ribonucleoprotein A2/B1 (hnRNP A2/B1) and followed up by extraction and evaluation of the available data to assess its performance according to pAbmAbs rating criteria.

YCharOS is here conducting a large head-to-head study comparing 8 commercial research antibodies against human HNRNPA2B1.

The collection of antibodies was tested using HAP1 WT and HNRNPA2B1 KO cells in the applications WB (WT and KO cell lysates/30 µg protein), IP (WT cell lysate) and IF (WT and KO cells) according to YCharOS standard protocols (see reference).

In WB (1:1000 antibody dilution), 9304 detected a band below the predicted molecular weight in KO cell lysate, while no bands were observed in WT cell lysate. Immunoprecipitation using 2 µg antibody did not yield a detectable band for the protein of interest. In IF (1:1000 Ab dilution), comparable staining intensities were observed in both cell types.
