Fetuin-B, GeneTex, GTX112260

Our team has carried out deep research in the published scientific literature to identify papers and reports using antibodies directed against mouse Fetuin-B and followed up by extraction and evaluation of the available data to assess its performance according to pAbmAbs rating criteria.

YCharOS is here conducting a head-to-head study comparing three commercial research antibodies against mouse Fetuin-B encoded by FETUB.

The collection of antibodies was tested using WT mouse serum and FETUB KO mouse serum cells in the application WB (30 µg of WT and KO serum), according to YCharOS standard protocols (see reference).

In WB (1:1000 Ab dilution) GTX112260 detected a single band of appr. 50 kDa in WT serum, with no corresponding band observed in KO serum.
