Our team has carried out deep research in the published scientific literature to identify papers and reports using antibodies directed against human Cyclin-F and followed up by extraction and evaluation of the available data to assess its performance according to pAbmAbs rating criteria.

YCharOS is here conducting a large head-to-head study comparing three commercial research antibodies against human Cyclin-F encoded by CCNF.

The collection of antibodies was tested using U2OS WT and CCNF KO cells in the applications WB (WT and KO cell lysates/30 µg protein), according to YCharOS standard protocols (see reference).

U2OS remained untreated (-) or were synchronized in the G2 phase by a double thymidine block followed by an 8 hours release into complete medium (+). In WB for thymidin treated cells (1:1000 Ab dilution) PA5-36049 detected a faint band of appr. 87 kDa for both genotypes. Bands of lower molecular weight with strong intensity was observed for both thymidin treated and untreated cells.
