I am sharing a pAbmAbs generated literature review of KO validated antibodies. Here citing Schanz et al. Journal for ImmunoTherapy of Cancer, 2021.
Schanz et al. validate this antibody for detection of mouse Cbl-b, by Western blotting of Cbl-b, protein expression after 3 days of Th9 cells differentiation or sole TCR stimulation (CD3/28). No bands were observed in Cblb -/- for either TCR or Th9 (Figure 3F).
Based on the available data, we have assigned a five-star rating because of strong and clean signal, but we highly encourage other scientists to share their observations.
