I am sharing a pAbmAbs generated literature review of KO validated antibodies. Here citing Precovic et al. Nature Communications, 2021.
Precovic et al. validate this antibody for detection of endogenous human p57 by immunohistochemistry in A549, H2122 and H1944 cell lines, all derived from human lung tissue. Successfully KO was achieved in A549 p57 KO and in H1944 p57 KO, while H2122 still expresses minor level of p57 (figure 3G).
Based on the available data, we have assigned a five-star rating because of strong and clean signal across three different cell lines, but we highly encourage other scientists to share their observations.
