I am sharing a pAbmAbs generated literature review of KO validated antibodies. Here citing Shi et al. Science Advances, 2021.
Shi et al. validate this antibody for detection of endogenous human NMNAT1, by Western blotting of MOLM13 (human leukemia cell line) cells four days after deleting the gene. No bands were observed in NMNAT1_sg1 or NMNAT1_sg2 (Figure 1H).
Based on the available data, we have assigned a five-star rating because of strong and clean signal, but we highly encourage other scientists to share their observations.
