I am sharing a pAbmAbs generated literature review of KO validated antibodies. Here citing Levenga et al. Cerebral Cortex Communications, 2021.
Levenga et al. validate this antibody for detection of mice Akt2, by Western blotting of hippocampal lysates prepared from Akt mutant mice. A Akt2 KO was constructed using Nes-Cre-mediated removal. No band was observed in Akt2 KO (n1F2F) (Figure 7A).
Based on the available data, we have assigned a five-star rating because of strong and clean signal, but we highly encourage other scientists to share their observations.
