I have used this antibody for immunohistochemistry of 30 µm brain sections of C57BL/6J mice in a dilution of 1:500. In addition, I have used this antibody for western blotting of tissue lysates from hippocampus of C57BL/6J mice in a dilution of 1:3000. The incubation time for this antibody is 24 hour at 4◦C. This antibody works so well in our lab for both Western blotting and immunofluorescence.
