Antibody used in a multicolor flow cytometry panel to phenotype PBMCs and expanded CAR T cells. Works very well in separation with Live/dead marker (Thermo Fisher Scientific #L10119). 200-300.000 PBMCs or T cells were washed once in PBS and stained in approximately 100 uL PBS + 2 % FCS using 2 uL antibody (antibody has been titrated on T cells).
