Used on (frozen) human PBMCs in a 10-color panel on LRS fortessa. Cells were blocked in 10% human AB serum, stained in fifty/fifty 1% BSA in PBS and Brilliant Stain Buffer (BD horizon), and fixed using 0.9% Formaldehyde. Can still be used after 3 days.
Compensated using OneComp eBeads.
Used 10µL/100µL for 1×10^6 cells. Gives a smear. Cannot be diluted, tried titration. Does not help to increase t0 15µL. FMO needed for proper separation of +/- populations.
