Worked well in 4% PFA perfusion-fixed mouse brain slices (vibratome, 30 µm). I had a little background staining, but I used it 1:200, might be reducable with 1:500 dilution.
Nice results also in ICC of 4% PFA-fixed murine primary microglia cultures with 1:500 dilution!
