This antibody worked great for immunostaining of perfusion-fixed mice tissue for fluorescence microscopy.
Dilution used: 1:2000
For more information see Boyle et al., Defining a Spinal Microcircuit that Gates Myelinated Afferent Input: Implications for Tactile Allodynia, Cell Reports, vol 28, issue 2, p526-540, July 9, 2019 (https://www.cell.com/cell-reports/fulltext/S2211-1247(19)30806-X).
Gephyrin, mouse mAb, mAb7a hybridoma supernatant, Synaptic Systems 147 021,
ICC (1:500-1:1000)
Great antibody, stains specificly inhibitory postsynaptic densities in primary hippocampal neruons. I didn’t observe any unspecific staining of the nucleus for the hybridoma supernatant as opposed to the mAb7a purified IgG (mentioned in my review of 147 108).
