This antibody (lot #K2311) produces a signal of expected size (just below the 37 kDa marker band) in HEK293 cells transiently transfected with Mas receptor compared to mock transfected cells. A number of unspecific bands (some very strong) were, however, observed in both cell lines.
It was not possible to detect a signal from endogenous Mas receptor in lysate from heart and kidney mouse tissue.
