Tumor Infiltraing Lymphocytes electroporated with truncated Nerve Growth Factor Receptor (tNGFR) and detected with PE mouse anti-human NGFR (CD271) after 24 and 48h.
Previously used 20uL to stain around 500.000 cells in 200uL FACS buffer.
Here I used 10uL to stain around 500.000 cells in 200uL (30 minutes at 4 degrees, dark) and it works just as good.

PE Mouse Anti-Human CD271, BD Bioscience, #557196 (clone C40-1457)
PE-conjugated monoclonal antibody specific for the human Nerve Growth Factor Receptor (NGFR).
Used to stain human peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) electroporated with NGFR mRNA.
PBMCs were stained with 20uL PE-anti-CD271 in a total volume of 0.5mL FACS buffer (PBS+5% Human serum) for 30 minutes at 4 degrees.
High specific signal was observed for NGFR expressing PBMCs with no signal from negative control samples.
