Anti-GABA B1 Receptor antibody (ab55051)
I have used this antibody to do western blot on mouse frozen tissue. I have incubated with this antibody (1:2500) at 4 °C over night, then with secondary antibody at room temperature for 1 hour. The antibody gives two bands. The first band is around 90 kDa, and the another band is above 100 kDa (they are probably representing two isoforms). There are some background.
