This is a very good antibody for IP. We have used it for pull down of endogenous sortilin from HepG2 cell lysate after cross-linking of cellular proteins with DSP.

This antibody works very well as capture antibody (10 µg/ml) for ELISA detection of soluble sortilin in human plasma. As detection antibody we used mAb anti-sortilin/F11 (1 µg/ml)
