Used to stain GAP-43+ nerve fibers (i.e. regenerating nerve fibers) in human skin tissue (frozen sections, 50 micrometer thickness, free floating staining). The antibody works well in 1:500 concentration. Otherwise, we followed the standardized protocol when staining the biopsies with PGP 9.5.
