I have used this antibody for western blotting of murine lysates from primary hippocampal neurons.
The supplier does not disclose the dilution in which the antibody should be used, however I have conducted my experiments with the antibody in a dilution of 1:1000 with great results.
There are quite a few unspecific bands with this antibody, however these are mostly gone when the blots are reprobed (not stripped) with new antibodies.
