Anti-Glypican 4 (ab168364)
I tried this antibody on HepG2 cell lysates and mouse liver homogenates without success. I did not detect any bands in liver samples, while VERY faint bands (no specific) were observed in the HepG2 cell lysate samples.
However, I did not have a positive control in the experiment, thus I can only say that no glypican-4 is detected in the samples I have tried.
I diluted this antibody 1:1000
