This antibody gives a specific but low signal as detector antibody in ELISA (1 µg/mL) detecting soluble purified SorCS2 in combination with rabbit anti-human SorCS2 extracellular domain (F7100) as capture antibody.

For detecting purified soluble SorCS2 I used this antibody as capture antibody (10 µg/mL) in ELISA with mixed results. It is not super good but may be used if detector antibody is purified anti-SorCS2 F7100, however the sensitivity is not high.

Great for spotting two-chain sorcs2
I used it in a 1 ug / IP dilution in stabily SorCS2-transfected SY5Y-cells.

Used in RN22 cells transfected with human SorCS2 variants.
2 ug per IP.
Binds better to two-chain SorCS2, than one-chain SorCS2.
Okay IP.

Mouse monoclonal antibody generated in the lab of Anders Nykjær, Aarhus University.
Works in immunofluorescense using PFA-fixed primary mouse hippocampal neurons. 10 ug/ml
Knockout neurons were used as negative control.
