    This is a standard antibody widely used in sandwich detection with murine antibodies at my lab (e.g. using 9E10 anti-myc, M2 anti-FLAG, StrepMab Classic anti-StrepII etc.).

    Western blot: Used 1:10000 in 2% milk powder PBS

    ELISA: Used 1:1000 in 2% BSA PBS.
