SOS1 Antibody #5890, Cell Signaling Technologies
I used this antibody for western blotting on primary hippocampal neurons from P0 mice in a dilution of 1:1000. I initially struggled quite a bit with this antibody, however I suspect I may have received a defective batch. Upon receiving a new lot of this antibody from CST, I obtained a very clear band at 192 kDa.
