I used this antibody on murine hippocampal lysates +/- BDNF with some succes. There is a very weak band just below the .100 kDa mark in the stimulated lane. This is however barely visible (se picture) and also somewhat present in the unstimulated lane.

I used this antibody for western blotting on primary hippocampal neurons from P0 mice. I experimented with many different dilutions – 1:2000, 1:1000, 1:500 and 1:250, none of which were succesful. I suspect I may have received a defective batch of this antibody
