  • Good signal in western blot. Recognizes the full length and cleaved form of the protein. Dilution 1:1000 in 1% milk in PBS-T

  • Rabbit anti-PARP, Cell Signalling #9542

    Short protocol:
1:2000 dilution in 5% low fat milk powder in PBS-T and incubate overnight at 4°C.

Review: Continuously performs very well. I kept the diluted antibody at -20° and reused it up to 5 times. Run the gel appropriately to ensure complete separation of the larger cleaved fragment (89kDa) and uncleaved PARP (116kDa).

  • PARP Cell Signaling Technology rabbit #9542

Works very well, strong specific signal. Used in cell lines (LNCaP, PC3)
Detects full-lenght at 116 kDa and cleaved at 89 kDa, apoptotic signal.
Use 1:1000 TBS Tween 5% BSA, can be reused often and also be refreshed when it is getting weak.
