1:1000 dilution in TBS + 0,02 % Tween 20 + 1 % skim milk. Band visible at 41 kDa. Additional strong bands at 20, 25, 35 and 150 kDa were seen.
1:1000 dilution in TBS + 0,02 % Tween 20 + 1 % BSA. No expected band at 41 kDa, but bands at 20, 35, 52 and 150 kDa were seen.
