Advertised as cross-adsorbed against human, bovine, horse, rabbit, swine, goat, and rat. Experience is with adult rat brain unpurified lysate on immuno blot, using 1:10000 dilution to reveal mouse anti-GAPDH (Thermo). Blots scanned with NIR fluorescent scanner (LICOR Odyssey classic) on “700” channel (685nm excitation according to their documentation). Incidentally, this fluor is considerably brighter when the blot is imaged dry, rather than wet. However, DyLight 800 must be wet when imaged (see other reviews). Very strong clean signal when the primary antibody is excellent.
