  • Works fine for ICC of hiPSC derived cerebral organoids.

    Dilution used: 1:2000

  • I used mouse IgG1 anti human Abeta1-16 (Covance, clone 6E10, # SIG-39320 ) to detect amyloid beta depositions. [note: Covance antibodies has now become BioLegend]

Conditions: 1:500 dilution of antibody in 1% BSA in PBS solution, fixative was ice cold acetone, block solution was DAKO peroxidase blocking reagent.

Tissues: human post mortem cryosections of the cortex of healthy controls, and human AD/CAA and human HCHWA-D patients.

Used DAKO EnVision anti mouse polymer-HRP as a secondary ‘antibody’ treatment.

Results: worked beautifully (just as well as m-a-Abeta clone 4G8, a more regularly used antibody for ABeta detection)
