The cannabinoid receptor 1 antibody works amazingly well in Western blotting producing one single band around 55 kDa in HEK-293 cells transiently transfected with CB1-R and rat frontal cortex lysates at 10, 20 and 30 ug total protein concentration respectively. I found the most optimal dilution for the antibody to be 1:3.000, however it was still possible to detect bands at further dilution (1:10.000).
