Anti-HA (ab9110)
This antibody was tested on lysate from HEK cells Transiently transfected SorCS1-HA.
The antibody (1:1000) was left over night at 4°C in a blocking buffer. The secondary antibody was left on for 1 hour at room temperature.
After developing for 60 seconds clear band was observed at the expected size.
