This antibody worked great for immunostaining of perfusion-fixed mice brain slices for IF.
Dilution used: 1:1000
For more information see Zha et al. Cell Reports 2020, “VMHvl-Projecting Vglut1+ Neurons in the Posterior Amygdala Gate Territorial Aggression”. https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/32320666/
Immunostaining were done on 4% paraformaldehyde perfusion-fixed brains that were cut at 50µm on a vibratome.
Antibody specificity is good and results in robust labeling. Can use relatively dilute concentrations, depending on signal (e.g., 1:2,000 to 1:10,000)

We have been using this particular antibody for many years and almost 8 different batches. for immunostainings, never had any complaints and all the batches work the same.
