I have used this antibody for Western blots of HepG2 lysates with nice results. A clear band at approx. 62 kDa is observed. A couple of othe bands can also be seen, however, these are very weak and only visible after prolonged exposure of the blot.
I have used a 1:1000 dilution.

We have tested this antibody on HepG2 cell lysate in Western Blotting. According to abcam, a clear single band should be expected when using this cell line. This was not the case for us. Many clearly separated bands were observed. This makes it very difficult to know which band/bands is/are correct.
The antibody was diluted 1:1000
