Tested for Western blotting on 100 ug total cell lysate from HEK cells, mouse brain and pig brain. used dilution: 1/2000.
Gives plenty of bands, in mouse brain, an intense band of expected size can be seperated. In pig the band is higher, though the protein size should be similar. No intense band of correct size can be distinguished in HEK.
