Used with 1%BSA in TBS and 0.05% Tween20 on 1 million primary blood purified CD4+ T cells.
Cells were lysated using RIPA buffer and zonicated for 5 minutes.
One band with expeceted size is dected. The band have a week shadow cooresponding to the different isoforms.
No band in HEK293T cells and in THP1 cells.
