This antibody works great for immunohistochemistry.

We used this antibody for IHC staining of mouse brain tissue.
It works well for both un-perfused (cryosections) and 4% PFA perfused (vibratome sections) tissues.

Very good marker of spinal cord dorsal horn neurons as well as dorsal root ganglia neurons (both in IHC and ICC). The IF staining is strong in the nucleus and weaker in the cytoplasm. Dilution: 1:100.
