I have used this antibody for immunocytochemistry of primary hippocampal neurons in a dilution of 1:250. It worked great.

This antibody works with immunostaining for identyfing axons in a primary hippocampal neuron in a dillution 1:1000. The NF200 staining image mainly overlapped other axomal markers (ex. anti-tau1), but not completely.
