For Western Blot: use 4-8% Tris Acetat Gradient Gels and corresponding buffer system (Basson is around 400kDa in size) then you get a specific band, that is a bit slurry
For Immunostainings you will see some unspecific background. Use pre-adsorbed secondary antibodies (abcam) to reduce this to some level.
