LAMP-1/CD107a antibody (NBP2-25154) from Novus Biologicals was not working on porcine brain endothelial cells. It was tested at 1:100 dilution with paraformaldehyde or methanol fixation, with 0.25% sapponin or 0.1% triton treatment.
