This antibody has regularly given a clear and specific band at expected molecular weight when detecting GSK3β phosphorylation in mouse hippocampal and cortical lysates in Western blot.
The antibody is diluted 1:1000 in 3% BSA in TBS-T + 1:1000 NaN3. Dilution has given a good signal for 5-7 uses when stored at 4 degrees.
Incubation overnight at 4 degrees
Washing steps with TBS-T
Secondary antibody diluted in 5% milk powder in TBS-T for 1 hour
Detection with ECL+ (ThermoScientific)
Western blot
Immunostaining

I have used anti-phosphoGK3beta Ser9 (CST #9336) at 1:1000 on murine heart tissue. Gives a nice band at 45 kDa as expected.
